Dothi Healthcare is a registered NDIS provider delivering personalised disability supports across Western Australia, including metropolitan and regional communities, subject to service availability.
We understand that no two people require exactly the same support. Every participant has their own strengths, routines, culture, preferences, relationships and goals. Our role is to understand what matters to the individual and provide support that fits around their life.
We provide personal, daily living, community participation, skill-development, transport and home-and-living supports. Our approach is built around respectful relationships, clear communication and helping participants remain actively involved in decisions about their own lives.
Where the participant chooses, we work collaboratively with families, nominees, Support Coordinators and other professionals to help create consistent and coordinated support.
For us, Simply Beautiful Care means support that is respectful, uncomplicated and genuinely centred around the person receiving it.

A community where people with disability are supported to live with dignity, choice, independence and meaningful connection.
To provide reliable, respectful and person-centred disability supports that respond to each person’s goals, circumstances, culture and way of life.
We take time to understand what matters to each participant rather than assuming one approach will suit everyone.
We support participants to make informed choices about their supports and encourage independence while providing the level of assistance they require.
We recognise that culture, faith, language, family, identity and personal values can influence how somebody wants to be supported.
Continuity matters. Wherever reasonably possible, we aim to create consistent support arrangements and build trusted relationships over time.
We communicate with the participant and, where they choose, the people around them, including family, nominees, Support Coordinators and other providers.
As a registered NDIS provider, Dothi Healthcare is committed to participant rights, safety, feedback and continuous improvement.
We treat people with dignity and recognise their individual rights, values and preferences.
